How WeDoLaundry Works?
WeDoLaundry is an On-Demand Laundry Service.
You will just have to schedule a pickup with us. Our valet person will pickup the laundry from you, he will then wash/dry and fold the laundry and return it back to you with in 24 hours of time or same day if you have paid for the same day return.
WeDoLaundry Valet's are professionally trained people laundress or laundrymen, they work with us as Full-time or Part-time to serve your laundry needs. We do their complete background and criminal record check before hiring them to make sure our customers and their laundry's stays in the safe hands.
You can schedule your pickup easily with any of these options:

d.) Chat bot available on our website and mobile app.
e.) Subscribe to an automatic scheduling service with your pre-approved payment card.
You have following options to make the payment: a.) Visa/Mastercard. b.) Cash on pick up. c.) Pre-approved payment by paypal or any credit card.
Business
WeDoLaundry valet's are allowed to wash your laundry at any nearest laundromat or at their own home, they do abide to the WeDoLaundry quality standards and instructions provided to them by the customers.
Your balance weight from Couple and Family Load stays in your account for 3 months. You can use it anytime with your next order. Every order includes one pickup and one dropoff, if you have more than 24 lbs balance weight from your previous orders and balance pickups also you can schedule pickup without making a new order.
You can buy hang dry add-on and put upto 12 lbs of clothes in separate bag for hang dry, these will be washed together with other clothes but won't go into the dryer. We will hang them to dry but depending on the turn-around time of your order and type of fabric it may return still damp.
Separate wash is for some dark/white or delicate clothes, you can buy this add-on and put your clothes in separate bag these clothes will be washed separately from the other clothes.
Yes, we provide service in all hotels, you can schedule the pickup with us and leave your laundry bag with the front-desk. Valet person will pick up the laundry from there and will drop the laundry back to the front-desk after wash/dry and fold.
Discounts
We have custom tailored packages for business and it depends on the number of pickups and weight you commit with us. There is no monthly commitment with business pricing but business packages are pre-paid as the regular packages and the cycle of the billing depends on the package as well.
